melissa and joe are the definition of good people. she came to me looking for artistic wedding photography, and right away i knew this wedding would be the kind of wedding that challenges me to really push myself and get better. everything came together; the venue, the bridal party, the details.. and created this beautifully simple and elegant affair. every wedding i shoot gives me something different to work with, and it's the positive vibe melissa, joe and their friends and family had that really made this day perfect. there's nothing more rewarding than shooting for people who appreciate the art of what i'm doing, and give me the creative freedom to try something like - "ok bridal party, i want you to work your way into the chairs and randomly place yourselves.. just be careful for seats that may give out!!"
